These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77sk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 77sk website available at https://77sk.cam and any associated mobile or web-based applications (collectively, "the Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Service or placing any wager on 77sk, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 77sk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the 77sk Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, inclusive of deposited funds and any applicable bonus amounts that have been credited.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, enhanced odds offer or other incentive credited to a Player's Account subject to specific promotional terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a Player to their 77sk Account using a payment method available in the cashier.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including the submission and review of identity and address documentation required before withdrawal of funds.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the 77sk Platform.
• "Platform" means the 77sk website and any associated applications through which the Service is delivered.
• "Service" means the online gaming, sports betting and related services provided by 77sk via the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a Player to transfer funds from their Account Balance to a designated payment method.

To register and maintain an Account on 77sk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Service:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not in any commercial capacity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which such access is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or close associate of 77sk, its affiliates or any service provider involved in operating the Platform.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed or suspended by 77sk for breach of these Terms.

77sk reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and restrictions on the withdrawal of funds pending investigation.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 77sk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 77sk immediately at the support email address provided in Section 16 of these Terms. 77sk may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security concern.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• Only one Account is permitted per Player, per household and per device.
• 77sk reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Account usernames must not be offensive, misleading or designed to impersonate another person or entity.

Players may fund their Accounts using payment methods available in the 77sk cashier at the time of deposit. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are provided as informational context only and do not constitute endorsement of or affiliation with those providers.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — whether from a family member, friend or any other person — are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set out in the cashier and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly following confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

• 77sk does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Currency conversion fees may apply where a deposit is made in a currency other than that of your Account.
• Deposits that cannot be processed may be returned to the originating payment method, subject to the payment provider's procedures.
• Deposited funds are not segregated in a separate trust account unless specifically stated in the Platform's current licensing arrangements.

77sk may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. These Terms govern general bonus conduct; individual promotion pages set out the specific wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each offer.

By opting in to any bonus or promotion, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms of that promotion. Acceptance of a bonus constitutes your agreement to those terms and to these general bonus provisions.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address or device, unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion. Bonuses not met within the stated period will expire and be removed from the Account Balance.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Sports bets, live dealer games, jackpot slots and other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to individual promotion terms for contribution rates.
• 77sk reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing commitments to Players who have already opted in will be honoured subject to the original terms.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, structured wagering patterns or collusion — will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds and, where applicable, forfeiture of winnings derived from bonus play.

77sk does not use fake countdown timers, fabricated bonus claims or misleading promotional language. All bonus values and terms are stated accurately. If you are unclear about any promotional term, contact our support team before accepting the offer.

Players may request a withdrawal of funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

• The Account must be fully verified through the KYC process, including submission and approval of required identity documentation.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected payment method, as displayed in the cashier.
• Where a bonus has been credited to the Account, applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Deposits made without a bonus attached are generally withdrawable without wagering conditions.
• Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. 77sk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any verification checks required. 77sk aims to process verified withdrawal requests in a timely manner; however, specific processing time guarantees are not provided. Delays resulting from payment provider processing, banking procedures or compliance checks are outside the direct control of 77sk.

The rules governing individual games, sports betting markets and instant-win products are set out within the respective game or product interfaces on the Platform. These general provisions apply across all products offered by 77sk.

• All wagers, once confirmed, are final and binding. 77sk will not cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described below.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error or data feed failure that materially affects the integrity of a market or game outcome, 77sk reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.
• Where an incorrect price or payout has been offered due to a clear error — including a manifest pricing error on a sports market — 77sk reserves the right to correct the error and void or recalculate affected bets. Players who have knowingly exploited pricing errors will be subject to Account action in accordance with the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 10.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are set out within each game and betting market and may vary by product, event and Player Account status.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, UFC and other events — are subject to the specific rules of each market as displayed in the betting interface. Settlement will follow the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• Live in-play betting is subject to the same rules as pre-match betting. Wagers accepted after an event has concluded or a scored outcome is confirmed will be voided.

77sk makes no guarantee of the continuous availability of any specific game, market or sports event. Scheduled games and markets may be suspended, removed or restricted at any time due to technical, regulatory or operational reasons.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to cap the amount of funds they deposit over a given period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits to restrict the amount they can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 77sk and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 77sk reserves the right to suspend or close any Account engaged in prohibited conduct and to withhold any Balance pending investigation:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration, KYC or at any other point.
• Using the Service for any money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing or other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, vulnerabilities or misconfigured promotions in the Platform's software or systems.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place wagers, interact with the platform or circumvent security measures.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, agents or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Systematically abusing bonus or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including through structured wagering, arbitrage or matched-betting patterns applied solely to extract bonus value.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit through a payment provider after wagering the deposited funds.
• Attempting to access, modify or interfere with the Platform's source code, servers or data.
• Using the Platform in any way that causes or is likely to cause damage, disruption or degradation of the Service for other users.

Where 77sk has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, it may suspend Account access, withhold pending withdrawals and conduct a full investigation before making a determination. Players will be notified of the outcome and any applicable action via the email address registered to their Account.

All content on the 77sk Platform — including but not limited to the 77sk name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data, game interfaces and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to 77sk and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 77sk.
• Use any 77sk branding, logos or trademarks in any manner without authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the Service.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose the user to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77sk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Loss of winnings, profits or revenue resulting from the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Technical faults, interruptions or downtime affecting the Service or any component of it.
• Errors in game or market data, including incorrect odds displayed prior to market correction.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• The acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers or network operators.
• Any loss arising from reliance on content or information presented on the Platform, including game descriptions, promotional copy or support communications.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, those exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability of the kind described above are not permitted, 77sk's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77sk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Player Account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• A regulatory or compliance requirement that necessitates Account action.
• Discovery that the Player no longer meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, 77sk reserves the right to withhold any remaining Balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where the investigation concludes without finding a breach, any withheld Balance attributable to the Player's own deposits will be returned via a payment method selected by 77sk.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any withdrawable Balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method subject to completion of KYC and any applicable pending withdrawal conditions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77sk holds its operating licence, as updated from time to time.

Players access the Service at their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws. 77sk makes no representation that the Service is appropriate, lawful or available in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at the Player's own risk and legal responsibility.

Any dispute arising between a Player and 77sk that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures of the jurisdiction in which 77sk holds its operating licence. Players are encouraged to attempt informal resolution by contacting support in the first instance.

77sk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are published on this page.

Your continued use of the Service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
